We provide licensed access to Autodesk Fusion 360 on designated Make
computers for active members. This resource is part of our shared
digital fabrication ecosystem and supports CNC routing, milling, plasma
cutting, 3D printing, design for manufacturing, and prototyping
workflows.
This document outlines expectations, organization standards, and best
practices for using Fusion in a shared community environment.

- Access is available to active members.
- All work must be stored within the designated shared project
structure.
- Do not attempt to install personal plugins, alter system
configurations, or modify licensing settings.
If you need additional features or have licensing questions, speak with
staff.
All members must store their work in a personal folder.
To create Your Personal Folder Inside the “Make Members” project:
- Click on "Home Icon"
- Click on "Projects Tab"
- Open "Make Members" project
- Click "New Folder"
Fusion at Make Santa Fe is a shared community resource.
Please:
- If you logged into your personal Autodesk account, please LOG OUT when finished.
- Close all files.
- Do not delete other members’ folders or files.
- Do not rename the main project.
- Do not move files outside of your personal folder.
- Do not install plugins without staff approval.
- Do not change any cloud-based post processors, machines, or tools.
Respect the ecosystem.
Fusion is cloud-based.
- Make Santa Fe is not responsible for lost files.
- If a file is critical to you, export a backup copy.
- You may also download an archive (.f3d) of important designs.
Best practice: Export major milestones.
