The 3D Printing Studio provides filament-based 3D printers and resin printers for additive manufacturing.

- Nitrile gloves for resin printing
- Bambu Lab P1S printers
- Bambu A1 Minis
- Prusa and Ender printers
- Resin printer (requires extra training, schedule with staff)
- Use only approved filaments.
- Resin requires gloves and proper disposal.
- Keep printers supervised during operation.
- Bamboo Slicer ONLY for Bamboo Printers
- Do not upload pre-sliced G-code from external slicers — always slice fresh using approved profiles.
- No brittle, wet, or old filament. If in doubt, ask to dry filament before use.
- Spool must be clearly labeled with your name and material type.
- Do not leave debris, rafts, or support material in the machine.
- No user adjustments to firmware, stepper voltages, or calibration
- If something seems wrong (clogs, grinding, strange noises) — pause the print and notify staff.
- Advanced materials, custom slicer settings, or experimental use require staff check-in.

Allowed Filament Brands & Types
- Bamboo brand filament
- Elegoo brand filament
- Overture brand filament
- Polymaker brand filament
- Silk filaments (any brand or color)
- Any filament with a shiny, silk-like finish
- Any filament older than 1 year!
- Other non-approved brands or specialty filaments
If you'd like to use an unaproved fimament please do so on any of the enders! NEVER on a Bamboo or Prusa!
- Remove prints and clean build plates.
- Return tools (scrapers, cutters) to storage.
- Wipe resin spills immediately.
